Just because the narrative doesn’t reflect the facts doesn’t mean Charlie was a warm & fuzzy little garden gnome. Growing up in prison has a way of not turning one into a swell guy to begin with. Then being involved in MK Ultra & The Process doesn’t turn you into Santa Claus either.
